2 BHK House for Rent — Natiniyadae, Meerapur Basahi, Varanasi

Overview

A 2 BHK house for rent at Natiniyadae, Meerapur Basahi, Varanasi, at ₹8,000 a month, negotiable.

The front verandah is the thing to look at first — a wide tiled court with pillars and room for plants, which is unusual at this rent and is where the video opens. Inside, the rooms are bright and the staircase is black granite. Two bedrooms, a fitted kitchen and a modern bathroom.

The lane is quiet and residential, with the main road and everyday shops reachable without going far. It suits a family that wants space outside the front door rather than a flat.

One condition set by the owner, stated up front so nobody wastes a visit: non-vegetarian food is not allowed in this house. Any brokerage is told to you before the visit.
