New launch · Ring Road, Chandmari, Varanasi
बनारस का सबसे बड़ा मॉल — दुकानें लगभग ₹61 लाख* से (अनुमान)
6 lakh sq ft on the Ring Road — shops, a food court, a game zone and a 4-screen multiplex under one roof. Buy a shop for your business or as an investment.
A shop is worth the people who walk past it. Bliss Emporio is the first mall of its size in Banaras, on the Ring Road the city already travels — and it is built around footfall.
Built as the city’s largest shopping destination — 6 lakh sq ft, the first mall of its kind in Banaras.
The new 30,000-seat international cricket stadium is reached along the same Ring Road — big matches bring visitors from across the region.
A record 7.26 crore visitors came to Varanasi in 2025 — for Kashi Vishwanath, the ghats and Sarnath, every day of the year.
Around 6 crore people in Varanasi and the districts around it depend on the city to shop, by the project’s own figures.
A 1,008-seat multiplex, a food court, a game zone and events in the atrium keep families returning week after week.
Bliss Emporio sits on Ring Road Phase-1 at Chandmari, beside the Trade Facilitation Centre — the stretch where the city’s biggest new projects meet. Here is what is already happening around it.
By 2030 the Ring Road will tie together a bigger airport, a new international stadium, new townships and new highways — and Bliss Emporio stands on it. Over the next four to five years, these projects are planned to make Ring Road Phase-1 at Chandmari one of Varanasi’s best-connected addresses.

We help with all of it: the right floor and spot for what you plan to do, an honest comparison of shops and their all-in cost, the site visit with our local partner, a better rate, and the steps to the registry. You pay the developer’s price — BrixOn is the developer’s channel partner and is paid by the developer.
The developer’s rate chart is ₹28,000 per sq ft on the ground and third floors and ₹23,000 per sq ft on the first and second floors, charged on the super built-up area; ask us for the fourth floor. A small shop works out at about ₹61 lakh. GST of 18%, one-time charges and stamp duty are extra. These are estimates, not a quotation — the real price is quoted by the developer’s sales team when you negotiate and book.
Most shops are about 270 to 470 sq ft of super built-up area, and the second floor has bigger ones of up to about 856 sq ft. The floor you actually use (the carpet area) is about 55% of that, so a 313 sq ft shop has about 172 sq ft of floor.
Carpet area is the floor inside your shop’s walls. Super built-up area adds your share of the corridors, atrium, lifts, escalators and walls. In Bliss Emporio the price is charged on the super built-up area, and the carpet area is about 55% of it — compare shops on both numbers.
GST of 18% on the price; at handover, one-time charges of ₹200 per sq ft and power backup at ₹25,000 per kVA (3 kVA minimum), with GST on the charges; the electricity meter at actual cost; and at the registry, stamp duty of 7% (6% for a woman buying a property up to ₹1 crore) plus 1% registration. The rates on this page are only an estimate — the real quotation comes from the developer’s sales team at booking, and the final figures are the ones in the agreement and at the registry.
Bliss Emporio is on Ring Road Phase-1 at Chandmari. Around it, the Azamgarh Road has just been widened, a 30,000-seat international cricket stadium is opening, the airport is being expanded, ₹25,500 crore of new highways have been approved to join the Ring Road, and new townships are being built. Together, these projects are planned to make this stretch one of the best-connected in Varanasi by the time the mall opens in 2030.
The project’s RERA registration gives January 2030 as its completion date.
